Graphics - Footwear and Apparel

As a Converse Graphics Designer/Illustrator, you will create and elevate Converse product design with a focus on both the art and science of Graphics under the direction of our design leadership.

You will create consumer relevant original artwork (graphics and allover prints, (created using various techniques: drawing, painting, photography, collage etc.) to be applied to products including apparel, accessories, and footwear. You will explore color application, finishes and techniques to further enhance your designs. You will work with design leadership and category team members in design, development, and product management to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price point, merchandising needs, and product creation timelines. Throughout this program, you will gain dynamic leadership experience, enhance design skills, and increase expertise of Converse's design ethos, products, and processes. You will be on the cutting edge of graphic trends, fashion, art, and design through trend research.
