Support PR Manager with a clear vision based on a deep knowledge of the key targets. Assure a solid Brand presentation towards demanding consumers and influencers. Provide coordination between RBM (Converse Fr+PR agency), Merchandising and Sales. Contribute in ensuring a seamless communication within the EMEA & Global teams


Consumer and competiton insights
o Deep understanding of the key consumer targets
o Continuously provide manager with clear consumer insights & market updates
o Stay connected to the sneakers, music and arty world in Paris
o Be the consumer and marketing expert knowing and anticipating trends
o Attend Events and visit Retail frequently enough to gather insights for future actions and track execution of energy marketing programs.
o Keep an eye on competitors brands to study their activations and product launches 

Business Management:
o Execute a strong strategy by consumer type. 
o Engage with the consumer by category to ensure targeted programs are driving brand strategies with the consumer. Conso insights ( eg : interview with consumers) 

Brand Management / Functional Excellence
o Handle on an ongoing basis the relationship with the PR agency
o Support PR agency and entertainment team in implementing local tactical programs, based on tangible consumer insights and/or communication opportunities.
o Foster and cultivate relationships with the key France consumer media and provide assistance to media & entertainment enquiries either directly or through the agency
o Build and lead an adequate influencers and editors network, following the brand strategic objectives
o Project PR events ( Nourrish PR agency and team with ideas to entertain editors ( storytelling / events …) 
o Execute and implement a Seeding strategy towards key Parisian crowds. 
o Develop and implement a seeding tool to handle seeding stock @Faubourg
o follow up on PR budget. 
o Follow up on suppliers payments execution
o Key knowledge on French Media Landcape

Drive Pipe Alignment and Initiatives Coordination 
o Execution of initiatives in the France PR & Energy marketing plan and ensure that all activities deliver against Converse strategy 
o Lead a correct flow of communication and implement the correct processes to share informations and recaps internally
o Share weekly / monthly PR highlights globally and internally in an innovative way ( more on style than content cf NIKE tools when they share internal reporting ) 

Strategic Planning:
o Contribute in creating powerful stories that enhance the brand’s connection with consumers.
Qualifications: * Past PR/Comms fashion, consumer or lifestyle industry, communications or magazine/editorial experience is required
* Motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and can excel in a fast-paced environment
* Computer proficient with knowledge of Power Point, Keynote, and Microsoft Office is an absolute must,Photoshop is optional
* Strong understanding and aptitude to find creative and pro-active approaches to projects
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
*Good knowledge of media landscape with a focus on digital platforms. Social networks understanding is also necessary. Knowledge and sensitivity in music, art, culture is also a plus.
