You will implement the operational production of still, motion, and video content that fuels our visual storytelling on multiple digital platforms. You will own and run multiple productions simultaneously, rapidly context-switching between pre-production on one production to post-production on another. These productions will output assets that bring the Converse Brand to life while staying product-focused and customer-centric.

The essence of this role is keeping productions on time and under budget while gatekeeping the creative process that delivers commercially and brand-aligned content. It is your mission to always maintain operational excellence by ensuring the team stays together and grows together to deliver best-in-class work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Operations

- Facilitating collaboration between internal and external creative partners both in-person and digitally

- Own production communications between all relevant partners

- Attending weekly meetings with Content, Operations, Production, Design, Copy, and Strategy

- Partnering with Operations to budget productions while maintaining up-to-date figures

- Partnering with Operations to launch new systems, processes, and tools for improving efficiency

- Partnering with Sr. Manager, Creative Operations to develop, maintain, communicate, and train both internal and external teams on brand standards

- Contributing to workflow optimization by sharing new insights and proposing test-and-learn concepts

- Ensuring brand standards are always upheld both digitally and physically, including on-set

PRE-PRODUCTION
- Being responsible for all elements of physical production, including but not limited to procuring crews, contacting vendors, casting, wardrobe, equipment and locations

- Ensuring corporate compliance by procuring necessary insurance, permits, and approvals

- Booking travel and coordinating travel dates, locations, and game plan for all relevant partners

- Negotiating rates, contracts, rights, and usage according to internal scope, baselines, and targets

- Coordinating with Legal to clear all rights and obtain accurate release forms/agreements

PRODUCTION
- Attending, producing, and leading photo shoots for seasonal content

- Ensuring the approved shot list is fully captured to the best of the team’s abilities under constraints

- Ensure compliance and good business sense with regulations and codes of practice

POST-PRODUCTION
- Ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and under budget

- Ensuring all required files and capture sessions are stored correctly and to specifications

- Quality control of all assets from raw initial state to final deliverables, including accurate metadata

- Reviewing and approving all final billing from vendors for prompt payment

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a Content Producer for Global Digital Content & Design you will work within a highly matrixed, cross-functional team composed primarily of Art Directors, Experience Strategists, Copywriters, and Designers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across the Digital Organization, including Brand, Social, Marketing, UX, Merchandise, Legal, Finance, Innovation, and Geography Teams from North America, Western Europe, and Partner Markets. You will partner with external vendors across all production teams as needed. Together, you will identify creative needs and produce assets that support digital business goals and the Converse Brand.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Creative Operations.
