Working in retail, you’ll help drive the most innovative store concepts and builds best in class customer experiences for our consumers. You will be a part of shaping the future of sport, understanding retail stores concepts working with multiple stakeholders for the consumer all while helping to create a world class environment for retail field teams across the globe.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:

As a Global Partner Market Intern, you will be a part of how Converse comes to life in stores and marketplaces at scale around the world. In this role, you’ll be supporting the Converse team on the future of retail. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross as a central member of the GPM Team and will collaborate / partner with the extended GPM team and our licensee and distributor partners to unlock growth opportunities and drive the overall success of our business!

Conduct research and analysis on different global markets, identifying trends, customer preferences, and competition. Assist in generating reports and presenting findings to support strategic decision-making.
Work closely with the retail team to brainstorm and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborate with various departments to support store initiatives while working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and apply data-driven solutions to real-world challenges.
Collect and analyze sales data, foot traffic patterns, and other key performance indicators.
Support the implementation of store-related projects, such as store openings, renovations, and seasonal campaigns

Identify opportunities to streamline store processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of Winter 2024 – Spring 2025

Basic knowledge of business, operations, and retail environment
Understanding of retail store systems and equipment preferred
Curiosity and enthusiasm for international business and market dynamics

Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities with sometimes a high level of ambiguity
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively
Ability to work in global environment with a strong understanding of culture nuances
Strong interpersonal skills and open to learning new tools/techniques
