“In 2016, I decided to Dare Greatly. I quit my job, packed up my family, and moved to Oregon without knowing anyone and without a care in the world. I got accepted to the University of Oregon Sports Product Management Master's program. I told myself that by the time I graduated, I will have worked for Nike and set myself up to come back home to Converse. At Nike, I learned the ins and outs of the business and networked my way back east. I now sit at One Lovejoy having accomplished my initial goals only to give me more focus on progressing the brand and my career.”
