• Lead a comprehensive gender vision & alignment by product engine (Ftwr, App, Acc)
• Coach & manage Direct Reports (Buyers, Sr. Buyer)
• Oversee all Buying functions and processes (End-2-End)
• Sales and Margin accountability by gender performance
• Balance Re-Buy &Closeout business to tell a consumer centric story
• Partner with Retail Brand to Bring Initiative stories to life
• Guide direction of promotional plans
• Build Merch Principles within stores
• Own pitch-back process and seasonal overview process
• Expertise in store segments with focus on consumer trends
• Actively identify product opportunities for business growth.
• Determine and align with Planning function, divisional financial targets by Gender, including re-buy volume targets.
• Lead & Influences Global Development & Alignment on NA Buying Process
• Partner with NA Allocation, NA Sales Ops, NAIM & Supply Chain to oversee ALL product receipts
• Partner in global development & alignment on NA buying processes.
• 3yr Strategic NA Stores top line targets
• Global DTC – Stores Product Strategic Plan
• NA Category Game plan
• Seasonal Brand plan
• NA Stores Budget targets
• NA Geography Close out supply forecasts
• Historical business performance data
• Product Plans from Product Merch Planners
• Strategic NA Stores Plans
• Product Strategy Growth Plans
• Monthly/weekly category results
• NA Stores Liquidation & Re-buy unit plans
• Initiative recaps
• NA Stores QBR reviews
• NA Stores Quarterly plan data
• Open to Buy reports
• NA Stores clearance promotion plans

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Inventory Management or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Merchandising or Buying related role
• Footwear buying experience a plus
• Factory experience a plus
• Ability to communicate and conduct presentations to all levels in the organization, including senior management
• Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions
• Strong analytical skills, strong business/ financial acumen, proficient information seeking skills and drive for results
• Ability to think and act for results with a solutions-oriented mind-set
• Effective leadership
• Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
