As a key member of the global digital team, the Digital Strategic Planning Manager will help develop and execute on our strategic vision and growth objectives.

You will partner closely with our Global Digital Product, Merchandising, Brand, Analytics, and Technology teams, Regional Digital Commerce teams, and Corporate Strategy + Finance teams to:
  • Support our annual strategic planning cycle by coordinating milestones and deliverables and working closely with the digital leadership team to identify, evaluate, and communicate critical strategic priorities
  • Translate programs into operating plans through leading cross functional teams in developing, prioritizing and managing project plans and investments
  • Partner with our finance team to lead investment governance activities to closely care for and effectively allocate resources to support our strategic initiatives
  • Strengthen ongoing performance management & hindsighting against business and strategic targets by structuring, preparing and helping to lead regular business reviews
  • Partner with our digital merchandising and analytics teams to deliver insights and data to strengthen future product assortments and seasonal plans and create infrastructure + processes to streamline updates and communication of in season commercial calendar
Key Capabilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and provide project management support
  • Problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
  • Can-do attitude and history of making things happen autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to care for multiple priorities at once

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategic planning, business development, CPG brand management or related fields
  • Previous management consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm is highly preferred
